Dr. Robert Hochstein, President/Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Robert Hochstein is more than a Chiropractic Physician; he is a speaker and philanthropist who spends his time striving to raise public awareness of the benefits of chiropractic care, teaching others about healthy lifestyles, and how to take proactive steps to improve overall health. His personal ethereal calling is to take care of the South Florida community, one patient at a time and to support noteworthy projects that uplift and enhance the quality of life for others.
Dr. Hochstein founded County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab Centers twenty-three years ago, with offices located in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. A graduate of Life University, Dr. Hochstein earned a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and completed a post-doctoral study with a Fellow in Manipulation under Anesthesia.
Dr. Hochstein’s offices specialize in chiropractic care with an emphasis on Neuromuscular Rehab Therapy. Dr. Hochstein is the recommended chiropractor for Miami-Dade County Police Benevolent Association, Teamsters Local 769, International Longshoremen Local 1416, Hialeah Firefighters, and International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 349.
Dr. Hochstein is a member of the Florida Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association, the Broward County Chiropractic Society, the Miami-Dade Chiropractic Society where he served as President and on the Board of Directors, PRIMA, Kiwanis International, the Foundation for Chiropractic Education and Research, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Minimally Invasive Spine Specialist & Royal Academy of Physicians & Surgeons of the United States of America.
Dr. Hochstein lives locally with his three children. He enjoys exercising, travel, skiing, horseback riding and spending time with his family.
Maria Victoria Pazos, Chief Operating Officer
Maria Victoria Pazos joined the County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab Centers’ team in 2001 as its Chief Operating Officer. Maria and Dr. Hochstein together combine spirit and soul to serve. As a team, they view their work as a divine plan, a calling that manifests itself in their ability to serve patients who come to County Line, but also the community at large as demonstrated in the wide range of projects the pair support through financial donations and their dedicated efforts.
As a graduate from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration and a Masters Degree in Business Administration/Health Care Management, Ms. Pazos excels in organizational and operational administration. Maria has worked in the healthcare industry for over 30 years. Also with an entrepreneurial spirit, she helped to run the family business with her husband. The Pazos’ operated a chain of laundromats, dry-cleaners, and apartment buildings in New Jersey for many years.
Ms. Pazos is a proud member of the American Management Association, American Business Women’s Association, Phi Theta Kappa, Kiwanis International, and Community Christian Church Youth Ministries. Additionally, she has served as a Girl Scout Brownie Leader, Softball and Baseball Coach, and Youth Minister.
Maria lives locally with her husband Ramon. She has four children and eight grandchildren who are her pride and joy. Maria enjoys cooking, reading, dancing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Tiffany E. DiPanni, Chief Marketing Officer
Tiffany E. DiPanni is the newest addition to the Executive Team at County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab. She currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and is responsible for all marketing, branding, and community awareness efforts. Her passion for chiropractic and rehabilitation care began through her own rehabilitation of a sports injury years ago, and has increased since she became a dedicated patient now committed to preventative and maintenance care.
A native of Rhode Island, DiPanni came south to play collegiate golf at Johnson and Wales University. She graduated from the Hospitality College at JWU with a Bachelors degree in Sport Entertainment & Event Management, with a concentration in Golf Course Management. She also earned a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Sport Management from Barry University.
DiPanni completed her undergraduate internship working at the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) in Daytona Beach, Fla. While working in the Teaching & Club Professionals (T&CP) department of the LPGA, she helped run the “2005 Golf for Women LPGA T&CP National Championship” which was held at the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Fla. Upon completion of her Bachelors degree, DiPanni was named a United States Golf Association P.J. Boatwright Intern and worked as the Championship Coordinator of the 2006 Executive Women’s Golf Association National Championship.
While studying at Barry University, Ms. DiPanni served as a Graduate Assistant in the Sport Information Department providing media relations and game operations assistance to the University’s athletic teams. Most recently, Ms. DiPanni served as the Volunteer Services Coordinator for the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee for Super Bowl XLIV and Pro Bowl 2010 where she recruited, trained, and managed more than 6,000 volunteers that are activated at various events associated with and at the games.
Ms. DiPanni enjoys playing golf and tennis, attending various concerts, reading, travelling, and giving back to the local community. She is a mentor to high school students in the Broward County school system and also teaches Christian Education and coordinates a Youth Group in Hollywood, Fla.
Ramon Pazos, Director of Facilities
Ramon Pazos joined the County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab Center team in 2002 as the Director of Facilities Management. As an essential part of the Executive Team, Mr. Pazos is an entrepreneur with extensive experience in creating business chains. Prior to his service with the practice, Mr. Pazos owned and operated a chain of laundromats, dry-cleaners, and apartment buildings in New Jersey. Mr. Pazos also worked for Roche Pharmaceuticals in the Chemical Engineering Department while building his businesses. He graduated from Hialeah High School and Passaic Architectural Drafting School.
Ramon lives locally with his wife Maria. He has four children and eight grandchildren who are his pride and joy. He enjoys swimming, travel, and spending time with his family.
Emma Rivera, Accounting Manager
Emma Rivera has been in the accounting profession for 39 years. Her track record is very extensive and includes working with companies such as Elgin Watch, International Hospital, and Technion Communications. Serving as the Account Manager, Ms. Rivera oversees all accounting procedures of County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab’s five offices.
Ms. Rivera graduated with honors from the University of Puerto Rico where she obtained her BA in Business Administration on a full scholarship and joined the County Line Chiropractic Medical & Rehab team in 2001.
She is a proud mother of 2 children and 2 grandchildren. She enjoys music, reading and traveling. She is married to the Grammy winner of 1983 for Best Latin Album.
